Data retention and deletion

Users may request account deletion through Inflight IT apps and websites. 

Inflight IT does not retain any data after an account deletion request for the apps described in this page.

For an account deletion, users must do the following:

​

  • Go to their profile area.

  • Request deletion and send an email confirming that request.

  • In 2 business days Inflight IT will delete all the data of that user.
